Just over two weeks now until our next author event at West Barnes Library on Monday 27th February at 7.30pm! Thrilled to have Elly Griffiths and Lesley Thomson coming to our little part of South West London. We’ll be talking about their new books – The Last Remains for Elly, and for Lesley, The Companion. The Last Remains is the final book in the Dr Ruth Galloway series and it’ll be interesting to hear Elly’s thoughts on finishing the series. The Companion is classed as a standalone but I’ve noticed a couple of characters from Death of a Mermaid are featured, so I’ll be asking Lesley about that. Books will be available to buy on the night and then signed by the authors – cash only. Entry is £2 cash. Please book in advance by clicking the link below for more details.. If you’re wondering where West Barnes Library is, well, despite its name, it’s not in Barnes! We’re right next to Motspur Park train station which is on the Waterloo lines to Epsom and Chessington South.
